REACH Digest Online REACH (EC) No.1907/2006, the new European chemical regulation, entered into force on June 1, 2007. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. It has been established to regulate all substances manufactured, placed and used in the European Community. REACH is a complex regulation affecting not only preparations and substances but a wide range of products in various aspects.
